It is located in New Delhi’s R K Puram region.

Micheal Swamy is the head chef who has given all his brains behind providing all the amazing food. The ace chef is also a food stylist, writer, and a travel photographer. The items designed by him are equivalent to an art piece, for example, Ceviche de Camarones, Spicy mole, La Caja de Pinturas, Peruvian piscos among others.
The ambiance is super classy and with a beautiful setting, and some stylish furniture. The place is divided into two parts – The Ground Floor has a bar/lounge and an elegant spiral staircase which will take you upstairs to the First Level. It is a fine dining area complemented by a glass-walled kitchen. The décor is a mix of white and gold giving it a regal look.
The restaurant is yet to its liquor serving license but till then you can enjoy some refreshing varieties of mocktails which are specially curated by a mind-blowing mixologist! Que Melon and Baya Beso are ones you should try.
As mentioned above Neuva is India’s first ever South American restaurant which has a huge variety of Latin America dishes. Chef Micahel commented, “Nueva is the first restaurant covering dishes from across many of the countries of South America with a strong influence of Chilean and Peruvian cuisine.”
Under the supervision of such a talented chef, the food is definitely expected to be extremely tasty with dishes which are inspirations from Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Japan, and even Asian Food. You name it, from pan-smeared ducks to chilli noodles, you will find it all!
